The Challenge

The client had an outdated online trading portal that offered just a single dynamic page and a few static pages with limited information, which wasn't enough to meet the needs of their users.

The lack of real-time updates or live market data, such as stock prices, meant that customers weren’t getting the timely information they needed. As a result, the client was losing customers, and their brand reputation was starting to suffer.

To turn things around, the client wanted to create a new, intuitive, and responsive online trading portal where all the content would be dynamically updated, providing real-time market information. This upgrade was aimed at enhancing the overall trading experience for their customers and rebuilding their brand's value.

We recognized that the success of the portal depended on seamlessly integrating dynamic content from external sources like the Qatar Stock Exchange.

To achieve this, we built the portal using Microsoft’s ASP.NET platform combined with SignalR, enabling real-time data updates from third-party sources.

Understanding the importance of delivering timely information, especially for an online trading portal, we incorporated tools like NVD3 Charts to present crucial data to users instantly.

The portal is also designed to be fully responsive, ensuring a smooth and easy navigation experience across different devices, and making it user-friendly and efficient for all users.
